Contribute your technical expertise, interpersonal communication skills, and strong troubleshooting ability to resolve moderately complex customer issues in a call center environment for domestic and international customers. Position has potential for growth.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Must have excellent ability to remotely troubleshoot Capstone Microturbine systems with the ability to utilize those skills in a call center environment.
Must have the ability to respond quickly and accurately to customer needs in a dynamic environment while providing the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Create Incident Reports from inbound customer phone calls with the ability to concisely document problem description and log issue into customer service database.
Create, transact, and maintain essential Capstone documentation.
Follow up on specific requests or inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction.
Other duties may be assigned as necessary to support customer needs.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Possess a strong dedication to quality customer service including strong verbal and written interpersonal and communication skills.
Possess the ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.
Ability to work well under pressure and deal effectively with customers, peers, and management.
Must function effectively in a team environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and inherent decision-making ability.
Possess a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite products such as Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Candidate should have a technical Associates degree plus 5 years of relevant experience. Alternatively, we will consider candidates with a bachelor’s degree in a technical field (preferably engineering) with one year of experience or relevant project work.
Prior military experience, preferably electronics or electromechanical controls is highly desired.
Prior experience with testing, troubleshooting, maintaining, and/or repairing equipment in an electrical or gas turbine environment is highly desired.
Bilingual candidates, with a preference toward Spanish, are ideal.
